📘 1. Community Guidelines

Jere is built on respect, safety, and positive engagement. By using Jere, you agree to follow these rules:

✅ Allowed:

• Respectful conversations and opinions

• Creative expression (text, photos, videos)

• Promoting positive, educational, or helpful content

• Reporting harmful or abusive behavior

❌ Not Allowed:

• Hate speech, bullying, or discrimination

• Adult or explicit content

• Fake news, scams, or spam

• Using bots or scripts to earn points

• Repetitive low-quality posts or engagement farming

📣 Enforcement:

• Violations may result in warnings, point deductions, account suspension, or permanent ban.

💸 2. Earnings & Rewards Policy

Jere rewards users for engagement, but fairness and integrity are essential.

🔹 Earning Points

• Posting = earns 5 points

• Commenting = earns 1 points

• Liking/sharing = earns 1 points
  
  

🔹 Conversion Rate

• 1,000 points = 1 Ghana Cedi (GHS)

🔹 Rules:

• Each action must be organic and meaningful

• Spamming or gaming the system will lead to disqualification

• Points may be adjusted if fraud is detected

💳 3. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

🔹 Earnings Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal threshold:  100 GHS / 100,000 points ( or equivalent in your local currency) 

• Payments are processed to: Mobile Money / PayPal / Bank (where supported)

• Withdrawals are reviewed manually and processed within 3–7 business days

🔹 Refunds (for advertisers or buyers)

• Refunds only apply to unused advertising credits

• All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days

• No refunds for earned points or redeemed cash
